ALL RV SITES are 30ft in width and include Full Hookup to 20,30 & 50 AMP service, water and sewer. Back in and Pull thru sites available. Enjoy complimentary, but limited, WiFi
RATES:
Nightly: $40 + tax (All utilities included)
Weekly: $250 + tax (All utilities included)
Extended Stay: $750 a month + Electric ($200 deposit due at check in for electric meter billing. Can be used towards final electric bill)
All Reservations Must Be Paid In Full At Time Of Booking

Cancellation Policy
No Show: No Refunds
Short stay with less than 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of reservation
Short stay with more than 8 days before check-in: 90% refund of reservation
Monthly/Extended Stay with less than 30 day notice before check-in: $200 cancellation fee
Monthly/Extended Stay with more than 31 days notice before check-in: $100 cancellation fee
There are no refunds for early departure!
